This unit is a shell & tube heat exchanger which is used to study heat transfer processes with direct flow (co-current) and counter flow (counter-current) operating models.

• There are traverse baffles placed in the shell to guide the cold water to maximize the heat transfer.
• Stainless steel tube heat exchanger
• Formed by tubes of stainless steel with hot water circulating in the interior.
• Three segmented baffles located transversely in the shell.
• Frame structure made Aluminum Anodized
• Measurement of the inlet and outlet temperatures of the cold water and the hot water
• Sensors temperature
• Control panel
• Cables and accessories, for normal operation.

•Technical Specifications:
Heat Exchanger : Outer Tube : Stainless steel 304, Ø127x600mm with heat insulator and flanges
