DOUBLE PIPE HEAT EXHCHANGER

This unit is a Double pipe heat exchanger which is used to study heat transfer processes with direct flow (co-current) and counter flow (counter-current) operating models. This unit is also equipped with a chiller which functions to maintain the temperature of the cooling water.

Specification:
The heat exchanger double pipe training system, has been designed to study and different types of small-scale heat exchangers working with parallel or counter flow arrangements. This exchanger allows measuring hot and cold water temperatures at different points of the exchanger. The exchanger is formed by two concentric stainless tubes with hot water circulating through the interior tube and cold water circulating in the ring space. Frame structure made of aluminum anodized The base service unit for operating this system required elements with functions of hot & cold water circulation.
